Role Overview

The Incentive Compensation Operations Manager provides operational support to the Commercial sales organization, leading the sales crediting process and driving data onboarding. The role requires a high level of analytical ability to understand various trends and trend breaks for accurate payout reporting.

Responsibilities include leading incentive compensation operations, driving data onboarding, and performing thorough data analysis to ensure data accuracy in IC Operations. The role also involves issue resolution and data management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing formal presentations.

Requirements

  • BA, BS degree required
  • Understanding and experience working directly with pharmaceutical sales data sources
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical field sales activities, roles and behaviors
  • Ability to rapidly apply mathematical concepts to assess and respond to verbal questions or proposals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously with sense of urgency
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, consulting, and analytical skills
  • Strong customer and operations focus
