What You Will Do

As a Director of Product Operations, you’ll be responsible for strategic partnership to the CPO, strategic planning and portfolio management, product operating rhythm, AI transformation, team leadership, operational readiness and market delivery, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, strategy/business operations, or a Chief of Staff-type role
• Experience supporting senior executives and driving executive-level planning and reporting
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product strategy to company objectives and customer outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
• Prior experience managing and developing a team, ideally Program/PMO or product operations resources
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; able to turn complex, ambiguous information into clear recommendations
• Fluency with product tooling (e.g., Jira, analytics/experimentation platforms) and data-driven decision-making
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows) and a track record of driving AI adoption within a business function
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management; able to align Product, Engineering, operations, and GTM teams quickly around outcomes
• High degree of discretion, judgment, and professionalism in handling sensitive information
