Role Overview

What You Will Do
Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails, identify client needs, and suggest appropriate products/services. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The candidate should have fluency in German, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team. We encourage our SDRs to leverage AI tools in their prospecting and day-to-day workflow.
Requirements
- 6 months – 1 plus years proven work experience as a Business Development Rep
- Fluency in German
- Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
- Strong, professional communication skills
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
