Role Overview

The Assistant – Revenue Operations is an integral part of Latham’s Billing team, supporting Billing leadership in all aspects of the billing process, processing Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) write-offs as appropriate. This role will be located in our Washington D.C. office and may be eligible for a flexible working schedule.

What You Will Do

Applying Billed On Account balances, processing time/costs transfers and narrative edits to timecards, liaising with Billing Coordinators, managing shared mailbox, assisting with data input into financial systems, and protecting confidential information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably
  • Prior work experience in a professional services environment, preferably
  • Experience using financial systems, preferably
