Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations & Business Strategy Analyst, you will be the bridge between raw data and real business impact. You will help design the workflows and manage the data architecture that allow our global teams to scale reliably. Your job is to keep our systems robust, our data clean, and our processes efficient.
What You Will Do
You will maintain and optimize the databases that power our global interaction tools, design and support complex workflows and segmentations, analyze performance across different channels to provide actionable insights, and identify bottlenecks in how we handle leads and information.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or any STEM or data-driven field
- Strong interest in process optimization, data analytics, and systems/CRM governance
- Experience with (or willingness to quickly learn) spreadsheets, structured datasets, and segmentation logic
- An analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think critically about processes, metrics, and data quality
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
- A high degree of autonomy, ownership, and a problem-solving attitude
- Fluent in Spanish and English
