Join one of Canada’s fastest-growing universities as our Manager, Business Development, where you will develop and activate strategic partnerships across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) while helping drive IBU’s continued growth and impact.
What You Will Do
Identify and cultivate new business development opportunities that generate prospective student leads and support enrolment growth. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, community organizations, Indigenous communities, associations, and industry partners, fostering long-term engagement and sustainable recruitment channels.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or other results-oriented external-facing roles
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline development, partner activation, and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Results-oriented professional with the ability to turn relationship-building activities into tangible recruitment and enrolment outcomes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by confident public speaking and presentation abilities
- Experience leveraging CRM platforms such as Salesforce to support business development, relationship management, and reporting activities
