Role Overview
The AVP – Business Development will lead the company’s business development strategy in the RMRW business by identifying growth opportunities, evaluating project feasibility, and driving both organic and inorganic expansion. The role involves overseeing high-level financial analysis, bid management, and strategic stakeholder engagement to secure new business opportunities. The AVP will provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on market insights and trends.

The role also involves driving the development and execution of strategies for both organic and inorganic growth, leading the evaluation of new projects, and supervising the development of robust financial models and detailed cost analyses.
