Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations Lead, you will contribute to the development of scalable go-to-market processes, harmonized CRM and data systems, and AI-driven commercial tools that improve efficiency and support business expansion. You will align sales, marketing, and portfolio management across countries, optimizing customer acquisition, increasing forecasting accuracy, and accelerating growth in the European energy flexibility market.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include designing and owning the GTM tool stack, leading CRM migration end-to-end, defining and enforcing data governance across all GTM systems, aligning sales, marketing, portfolio managers, and product teams, and leading the digital transformation of the commercial organization.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Transformation
- 3+ years of experience in designing, building, and scaling new processes for GTM Operations
- Sales and marketing automation, data analysis, dashboarding, SQL, data governance, API/scripting/workflow platforms, Applied AI/LLM tooling
