Role Overview

Join our Sales Operations Team in Meiningen as a highly motivated Sales Operations Associate. The role involves managing customer sales orders, coordinating with operational departments, and preparing customs documentation.

What You Will Do

Process sales orders, check customer purchase orders, enter orders into the ERP system, prepare order acknowledgements, packing lists, and invoices, and assist the Finance Department with customer account queries.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in an industrial company or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economic Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Working experience desired, preferably with background in order management, logistics, trade compliance or equivalent
• Good knowledge in MS Office and ERP landscapes (SAP or similar)
• Team orientation, high motivation, responsiveness, assertiveness, commitment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
