FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The FP&A Manager will serve as a key financial partner to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and investor reporting. The role is responsible for interpreting financial and operational data, communicating insights to RCM leadership and executive management, and owning analysis and processes.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities include translating billing and collections data into clear insights, interpreting data and reporting, manipulating and analyzing data in Excel, and building financial models and presentations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role
• Strong Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate it into clear business insight and recommendations
• Experience building financial models and supporting forecasting/budgeting processes at the company or executive level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable leading recurring meetings with multiple stakeholders
