Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Group Finance team in Glattpark, Zurich. In this role, you will work closely with the Group CFO and play a key role in steering business performance through financial reporting, analysis and performance management.

What You Will Do

Coordinate the monthly financial performance review process, prepare and deliver operational finance reports, analyze monthly financial results, and support the Group CFO with financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Controlling, Business Controlling or a comparable finance role within an industrial, manufacturing business environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment and communicate financial information clearly to senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working with incomplete, evolving or complex datasets while applying sound judgment and a pragmatic business mindset
• Highly organized, self-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI and reporting tools is an asset
• Fluent in English; German is preferred
