Role Overview

The Water Market Growth Leader is responsible for driving market strategy, business development, and client engagement to grow AECOM’s water-sector portfolio across Central Texas.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute growth strategies, provide market leadership, leverage relationships with utilities, municipalities, and regional water authorities, and lead major water-sector pursuits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • 2 years of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of Texas water-sector priorities, infrastructure needs, and procurement processes
  • Professional engineering licensure in Texas or equivalent credential
