Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will play a meaningful role supporting the successful operations of the revenue organization, providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
What You Will Do
The Executive Assistant will manage business priorities, provide research, schedule, meeting, event, and travel coordination, and various levels of documentation.

Requirements
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally supporting a sales or revenue leader
- Very high emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience juggling competing demands and prioritizing without sacrificing quality
- Extremely detail-oriented, with a tendency to notice and fix errors that others might overlook
- Experience managing complex calendars, including booking and managing travel logistics
- Experience planning and executing team events, dinners, and onsites
- Proficient with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot) and enthusiastic about using them to work smarter
- Strong computer software skills (Google Workspace: Gmail, Slides, Docs, and Sheets)
- Ability to work in the Austin office 4 days a week on a hybrid schedule, and availability outside normal working hours as needed
- Ability to manage up and communicate with discretion and judgment on behalf of the CRO and Executive Leadership Team, while protecting confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and stay flexible
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed
