What You Will Do
Assist in implementing execution plans for strategic initiatives and transformation projects. Coordinate planning and tracking of cross-functional projects. Collect and organize customer data for segmentation and targeting analysis. Support development of tailored propositions for different customer profiles.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with exposures in sales & distribution, customer experience, project management, and strategy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proactive and open to learning
- Creative mindset with willingness to contribute ideas
