Marketing & Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our The Woodlands, TX office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and a collaborative marketing team to drive strategic growth initiatives across one of the Gulf South’s leading law firms.

Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies, manage marketing projects, and coordinate relationships with industry organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5–7 years of professional services marketing experience
• Experience developing and executing strategic marketing and business development initiatives
• Background supporting client development, proposal generation, and attorney business development efforts
• Experience planning and executing client events, sponsorships, seminars, and networking initiatives
• Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with attorneys, executives, clients, and cross-functional teams
• Experience using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and marketing technologies
