Role Overview
Leads the Sales Compensation Reporting & Analytics function, responsible for delivering actionable insights, reporting solutions, and analytical support to Sales Compensation leadership and stakeholders across the business.
What You Will Do
Owns the strategy and delivery of sales compensation reporting and analytics, provides insights into sales performance, compensation attainment, quota achievement, productivity, incentive effectiveness, and business trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
- Typically 8+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, sales compensation, or related functions
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
- SQL and enterprise data warehouse environments
- Power BI dashboard development and data visualization
- Data modeling and business intelligence best practices
- Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills
- Financial and operational performance analysis
- Process improvement and reporting automation
