Role Overview
The Senior Regional FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in the financial management of the eastern region by delivering key financial reports, conducting in-depth analysis and supporting strategic decision-making. Based in Montreal, the analyst will provide business insights through data-driven analysis and forecasts, monitor monthly financial data and collaborate with various teams to ensure financial objectives are met and operational efficiency is optimized.
What You Will Do
Deliver consistent and reliable variance & gross margin analysis of the business, provide recommendations for decision making by senior management, and prepare monthly financial reports for senior management, including P&L analysis, cash flow and balance sheet review.

Requirements
- CPA accounting designation (management/operations accounting focus) preferred
- 7 + years work experience in accounting and FP&A roles within the energy sectors
- Experience and knowledge of data management tools such as BI reporting or Tableau is required
- Knowledge of ERP systems with preference for Oracle and SAP
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Good oral and written communication
- Drive to continuously evaluate and improve processes
