Role Overview

The Salesforce Data Analyst is an analytical, detail-oriented role which bridges the gap between our business operations and our data ecosystem. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, building actionable reports and dashboards, analyzing revenue and sales trends, and providing data-driven insights that empower executive leadership and revenue teams to make smarter decisions.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce reports, dashboards, and Analytics (Tableau and/or Power BI) dashboards. Translate complex business requirements into clear analytical frameworks, KPIs, and visual metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, or Business Analyst with a heavy focus on Salesforce.
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce reporting, standard/custom objects, SOQL/SOSL queries, and data manipulation tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data extraction and querying.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros/VBA).
• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to turn raw CRM data into actionable insights and executive-level narratives.
