Senior Manager, Communications

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications will lead day-to-day and proactive communications across Singapore, Malaysia, and India. Based in Singapore or Malaysia (Johor Bahru/Kuala Lumpur), the role will translate AirTrunk’s corporate communications strategy into market-level activity, building stakeholder confidence, strengthening executive visibility, and supporting the company’s growth across the region.

What You Will Do

The role will work across media, social, and internal channels and partner closely with regional leadership, Corporate Affairs, development, operations, energy, and sustainability, commercial, and people teams.

Requirements

• 12+ corporate communications experience
• Experience working across Southeast Asia, ideally Singapore and Malaysia, with an understanding of the Indian market
• Strong writing and editing skills across media, executive, social, and internal communications
• Experience advising senior executives and preparing them for media, speaking, and stakeholder engagements
• Experience developing proactive campaigns and thought leadership, not only managing announcements
• Strong judgement in handling complex, sensitive, or fast-moving issues
• Ability to understand complex technical, infrastructure, energy, or policy issues and explain them clearly
• Experience managing agencies and working across a regional or matrixed organisation
• Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills
• Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt communications to different markets
• A practical, collaborative, and hands-on approach
