We’re seeking a Sales Manager for our China office, responsible for developing and delivering sales strategies to achieve business targets. The role involves leading own accounts, implementing sales programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of work experience in commercial roles or sales roles in the paints and coatings industry or a similar B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
  • Leadership, stakeholder management, project management, decision making, creating value propositions, drive, results orientation, communication and presentation, commercial and business acumen, basic understanding of cross functional processes and financial concepts related to sales and cost to serve
