Role Overview

This role is part of Alcon’s Marketing function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels. The team is responsible for traditional Marketing strategies, event planning, and professional education. The role is looking for an experienced e-commerce and digital marketing expert who can help shape the international digital growth agenda, serve as a trusted point of reference for markets, translate strategy into high-quality execution, and use data to continuously improve business impact.

Key responsibilities include shaping the international e-commerce and digital growth agenda, turning insights and strategy into effective market programs, optimizing performance through data, and scaling successful practices across priority markets.

• Strong program management: prioritize, coordinate partners, and turn ambiguity into timely execution
• Strong commercial acumen, connecting e-commerce and digital activity to customer, revenue, and profitability outcomes
