Manager, Business Development & Acquisitions

Role Overview

As a Manager, Business Development & Acquisitions, you will evaluate potential strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and profitability. You will analyze opportunities, deliver presentations to senior management, and support negotiations and deal execution. This role is based in our Fort Worth, TX office.

What You Will Do

A typical day will include identifying and analyzing potential acquisition, merger, and licensing opportunities, conducting company and industry research, and financial evaluation and modelling of potential investment opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
