Sr. Associate, Sales Operations

Role Overview

As a Sr. Associate, Sales Operations, you will collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable and external customers to ensure chargebacks are processed in accordance with contractual agreements, company policies, and financial controls.

What You Will Do

A typical day will include reviewing, validating, and processing wholesaler chargeback claims, analyzing chargeback submissions, researching and resolving chargeback discrepancies, and communicating with wholesalers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operation or business analytics role
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
