The Senior Manager, Performance Data Operations role serves as the analytical powerhouse behind Aledade’s Population Health Impact performance improvement initiatives. This role acts as the dedicated data and program lead for the Population Health Performance Improvement team, operating with a high degree of autonomy to inform the design, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives that advance health equity, quality, and cost outcomes for high‐risk populations.

Requirements

  • Build and maintain complex datasets and high‐impact population health analytics
  • Lead cross‐functional projects and programs that embed population health measures into the way we operate and measure success
  • Drive cycles of performance improvement by combining advanced analytics, investigative data analysis, and value stream mapping with strong project and stakeholder management
