Sales Lead / Senior Sales Manager

Role Overview

Grow into Group Head of Sales by running revenue like a founder, across a small group of software companies. Find where revenue is stuck, fix it, and hand it on. Work remotely on UK hours, with a week in Jersey each month.

What You Will Do

Sell, often in person, to trust companies, fund administrators, and private wealth firms across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Caribbean. Grow into running revenue, gradually taking ownership of the business development team and building the rest of the team as each stage starts to work.

The ideal candidate is humble, hungry, and happy, with a strong sales process and a track record of closing significant new business.

Requirements

• Experienced senior salesperson, sales lead, or sales manager
• Ability to close significant new business themselves in the last three years
• Knowledge of trust companies, corporate service providers, and fund administrators
• Experience with AI and sales processes
• Ability to build and improve sales processes
