Business Development Manager

Role Overview

This position will focus on new business development and grow revenues in existing and newly assigned central and west Texas territories. The role will build strategic market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships and project opportunities.

What You Will Do

Identify, pursue, and close new clients who meet Alliance’s prospect profiles, build relationships with new and existing customers in the territory, and attend local, regional, industry specific, and national trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in direct sales, ideally in industrial, technical, or environmental/field services sales
  • Familiarity with CRM (SalesForce Enterprise or Other) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen and hold a valid driver’s license
