Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence

Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence, you will partner with business stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive customer-focused and data-driven decisions across Operations. You will work at the intersection of analytics and business strategy—breaking down problems, identifying trends, and delivering clear recommendations that influence operational efficiency and performance.

What You Will Do

You will analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working with data visualization and analytics tools such as in Fabric ETL Pipelines, SQL, Visualization/Power BI, MS 365, Adobe Workspace
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including large dataset management, pivot table creation, and ad hoc analytical reporting.
• Ability to translate data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
• Experience gathering requirements and working in a consultative, business-facing analytics role
• Familiarity with data querying or programming languages (e.g., SQL, DAX, or similar) is an asset
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Curiosity and a proactive mindset, with a passion for exploring data and uncovering insights.
