Role Overview
We are looking for a Global Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The role involves managing sales teams, setting sales targets, and developing regional business development strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, experience in managing sales teams, and knowledge of the iGaming industry.
What You Will Do
As a Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading from the front, handling and closing deals, and steering a global team of sales staff to achieve higher success levels. You will also be responsible for aligning with C-Level and Commercial Director on yearly and quarterly KPIs, owning the global sales target for new business, and providing coaching and sales training to sales staff.

Requirements
- Multi-year proven track record of successful sales in long sales cycles above 6-12 months and beyond within iGaming
- Highly sales trained, demonstrating knowledge of enterprise selling methodology
- Proven ability as a player-manager, happy to lead from the front
- Proven experience negotiating complex contracts
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner in all scenarios
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across different jurisdictions and cultures
