Role Overview
The Design Program Manager will own the end-to-end design function of the PERF program across Amazon’s entire grocery store fleet, operating at the intersection of design quality and operational scale.
What You Will Do
The Design Program Manager will own the entire Design PERF workstream, from deciding which projects need design to prioritizing and resourcing the work, to executing and delivering design solutions for equipment replacements, brand refreshes, and other in-store improvement projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Communications, or an equivalent industry
- Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions
- Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with end-to-end ownership of design deliverables from intake through construction handoff
- Experience building and improving design processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability
