Enablement Manager, Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Revenue Enablement Manager is responsible for building a formal enablement function from scratch and shaping how enterprise Sales and Client Services teams learn, sell, and grow. This role sits within Revenue Operations and partners with the Head of Revenue Operations to translate commercial priorities into programs that make the field measurably better.

What You Will Do

Examples of the work you’ll own and shape include enablement strategy & roadmap, enablement platform, content architecture & onboarding, product launch enablement, and sales methodology & coaching frameworks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
