Role Overview

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Web Strategy & Program Lead will lead the execution of strategic web initiatives end-to-end, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into delivered web experiences that serve customers globally.

Key job responsibilities include leading strategic web projects, driving cross-functional alignment, owning CMS governance, and leading internationalization strategy and new market launches.

Requirements

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
  • 6+ years of experience in web strategy, web operations, or digital program management
  • Experience managing enterprise content management systems (CMS), including template development, page building, and publishing workflows
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and building reporting dashboards to measure site performance
  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices and how they inform site architecture, content strategy, and page optimization
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, information systems, or a related field
