Role Overview

The FP&A Analyst – Incentive Compensation will support the administration, financial management, and analysis of the company’s commission and incentive compensation programs.

What You Will Do

Reconcile incentive calculations to source data, plan terms, and financial results. Analyze the performance and cost of existing commission and incentive plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, compensation analytics, financial analysis, sales operations, payroll analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel and financial-modeling skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ability to reconcile and validate information across multiple systems and large datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain compensation calculations and financial analysis clearly.
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines, confidential information, and multiple priorities with limited supervision.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across Finance, HR, Payroll, Sales, and Operations.
