Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in the Global Operations FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team, focusing on the analysis of operational expenses (Opex) and financial planning processes.

Support annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-term planning processes for operational expenses (Opex) for the operational teams in Latin America.

Requirements

• Support annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-term planning processes for operational expenses (Opex) for the operational teams in Latin America.
• Ensure alignment of Opex projections with business premises and strategic objectives.
• Perform detailed analysis of operational expenses, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast, explaining key deviations.
• Provide actionable information on factors driving costs and opportunities for efficiency.
• Support effective management of operational expenses, ensuring strategic allocation to programs, projects, and locations with the greatest impact.
• Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation and improve financial return on Opex investments.
• Improve reporting structures to reduce manual workload and cycle times.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in FP&A processes within ATC platforms (reporting, data extraction, reconciliations, etc.).
• Act as a strategic financial partner for global FP&A teams and operational teams.
• Prepare reports to facilitate effective decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and coherence of data in financial reports and systems.
