What You Will Do
Provide hands-on operational and data support for the accurate and timely administration of field incentive compensation (IC) plans. Execute recurring IC activities, including data intake, eligibility validation, crediting support, calculation review, payment-file preparation, and maintenance of participant and territory records.

The role will work with multiple data sources to validate and reconcile IC-related information, perform quality-control checks, prepare recurring IC reports and scorecards, and support resolution of field inquiries related to eligibility, crediting, attainment, calculations, and payments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in incentive compensation administration, sales operations, compensation operations, finance operations, analytics, or a related field
- Experience in bio/pharmaceutical, healthcare, consulting, or commercial operations
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets
- Ability to interpret documented business rules and apply them to data validation and administrative processes
