Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation Administration Lead will provide senior leadership for the accurate, timely, compliant, and scalable administration of field incentive compensation programs. The role will lead delivery across internal and external teams in AIN and India, while managing relationships across a complex set of internal teams and functional groups.
What You Will Do
The role will oversee end-to-end operational delivery across data intake, eligibility validation, crediting, calculation review, payment-file preparation, payout coordination, reconciliations, exception management, reporting, and post-payment validation.

Requirements
- Master’s degree & 10+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation administration and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree & 12+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation administration and operations.
- 3+ years of leadership experience directly managing people, teams, projects, programs, and directing the allocation of resources.
