Role Overview
The Sales Compensation Analyst II is a critical member of the Sales Compensation team responsible for administering a large-scale sales incentive and commission program. This role owns complex commission calculations, audits compensation data, validates payouts, and supports the accurate and timely processing of monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive payments.
What You Will Do
Administer and process monthly commissions, sales incentives, quarterly bonuses, and other variable compensation programs for a large sales organization. Perform detailed audits, reconciliations, and validations of compensation data prior to payroll submission to ensure accurate and timely payouts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 2-5 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 6-9 years of relevant experience
- Required experience administering sales commissions, incentive compensation, or payroll-related compensation programs
- Experience supporting large-scale sales organizations with complex compensation plans and payout structures
- Experience performing manual commission calculations, reconciliations, and compensation audits in Excel
- Experience partnering with Payroll, Finance, Accounting, and Sales stakeholders
- Experience with commission management software such as Xactly, Varicent, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar platforms preferred
- Systems implementation, process automation, or compensation process improvement experience is a plus
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive compensation data
