Strategic Real Estate, Growth Strategy Associate

Role Overview

The Growth Strategy Associate will help forecast how much space the company needs and where, and build the data tools the team uses to do it. This role will join the Strategic Real Estate planning team, reporting to the Director of Strategic Real Estate and working closely with the Portfolio Planning & Strategy Lead.

What You Will Do

The Growth Strategy Associate will build and maintain the models that turn headcount and program plans into demand and supply forecasts. They will also track how well the company uses its existing sites and help prepare the analysis that goes to division leaders and the C-suite.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The company is looking for someone with a data science or analytics background who wants to apply it to real estate and corporate planning. Prior real estate experience is helpful but not required. Real experience using LLMs in your work is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Finance
• 2–4 years of experience in data science, analytics, consulting, FP&A, capacity planning, or real estate
• Regular use of LLMs in your work, including building with an API, agent framework, or automated workflow
• Interest in data science shown through work or personal projects
• Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• U.S. citizenship required; eligibility for security clearance preferred
