People Operations Lead – LATAM

Role Overview

The People Operations Lead – LATAM plays a key role in supporting People Operations activities across the LATAM, serving as the primary HR contact for employees in Mexico. This position acts as a bridge between employees, leaders, and the U.S. People Operations team, helping ensure consistent and positive employee experience while supporting the effective execution of People programs, processes, and initiatives.

What You Will Do

Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, maintain accurate employee records, process hires and terminations, serve as the primary HR contact for employees in Mexico, and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Benefits providers, and external vendors as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Spanish – both written and verbal
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Administration, or a related function
  • Working knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and employment practices
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency with digital tools and the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and systems
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
