Role Overview
This is a 100% remote position with travel throughout the sales territory identified. The candidate for this position must reside within the territory. As a Franchise Sales Director, you will be responsible for franchise sales prospect generation, cultivation, and conversion to achieve annual sales goals.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include consultative sales, ownership of complete deal flow and sales cycle, and meeting/exceeding annual quota targets through brand-approved sales deal categories.

You will be a self-motivated sales professional with 1-3 years of sales experience in a sales and/or inside sales environment, with a strong emphasis on business development and/or management consulting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a sales and/or inside sales environment
- Experience in business development and/or management consulting
- Real Estate and/or franchise sales experience a plus
- Eye for business, including experience reading and interpreting financial statements
- Problem-solving and encouraging business deals
- Confirmed capability of performing upbeat and multifaceted presentations
- Ability to empower and influence people into reaching a buying decision
- Basic understanding of Sales CRM systems and MS Office
