Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will build and maintain employer relationships to place participants into sustainable employment. The role involves working across the Gold Coast, QLD, and developing and maintaining employer and community networks. The successful candidate will work alongside Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment and negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements.

A day in the life of a Business Development Manager will involve building employer relationships, marketing job seekers to prospective employers, and working alongside Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment.

Requirements

  • be eligible to work in Australia
  • have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • be willing to complete a Criminal History Check
  • be able to secure a Working with Children Safely Card
  • be able to secure a MyID to standard strength
