Role Overview
We are hiring a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Executives driving new customer acquisition across financial services firms. As an Arch Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a world-class sales organization, coaching exceptional talent, and accelerating revenue growth through disciplined execution.
What You Will Do
Own the team quota and consistently deliver new ARR through disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting, coach and develop Account Executives, run weekly pipeline reviews, and drive a disciplined outbound motion.

Requirements
- 3+ years of frontline sales management experience with direct ownership of a team quota
- 8+ years of sales experience with a track record of consistent quota attainment and over-performance
- Experience managing and coaching Account Executives in a SaaS or technology sales environment
- Highly organized and operate with rigor around forecasting, pipeline management, outbound activity, and inspection
- Ability to build accountability and develop early and mid-career sales talent into high performers
