Requirements
- Develop and support a team of sales operations professionals
- Work with sales operations leadership to understand process gaps or opportunities for improvement
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational workflows, procedures, SLAs, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance and work cross-functionally with business partners to gain buy-in on new opportunities
- Drive efficiencies in the quote to cash process flow
- Establish standard operating procedures aligned to a global go-to-market strategy
