Role Overview
The Sales Operations – Order Management Specialist plays a key role in executing day-to-day order and contract operations across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy in order processing, maintaining alignment with contract terms, and supporting some renewal quote generation. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and renewals.
What You Will Do
Process customer orders and enter accurate data into CRM and billing systems, review contracts and validate alignment with pricing, terms, and order details, ensure approvals are in place and orders meet internal policy requirements, collaborate with Legal and Finance to resolve discrepancies, respond to Sales inquiries related to orders, and invoices; and support order corrections as needed.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or similar role
- Experience with contracts, subscriptions, or SaaS billing
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
