Position Overview and Objective

The Sales Operations – Order Management Specialist plays a key role in executing day-to-day order and contract operations across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy in order processing, maintaining alignment with contract terms, and supporting some renewal quote generation. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and renewals.

Responsibilities – Order Processing & Order Management

  • Process customer orders and enter accurate data into CRM and billing systems
  • Review contracts and validate alignment with pricing, terms, and order details
  • Ensure approvals are in place and orders meet internal policy requirements
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance to resolve discrepancies
  • Respond to Sales inquiries related to orders, and invoices; and support order corrections as needed

Responsibilities – Sales Support

  • Provide first-level administrative sales support
  • Support the end-to-end opportunity lifecycle, including renewal quoting as needed
  • Serve as a data steward for accurate partner, prospect, and customer data within Salesforce

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy
  • Organized and able to manage high-volume work
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Process-driven with a focus on data quality

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or similar role
  • Experience with contracts, subscriptions, or SaaS billing
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university

  • Background checks are required for this position

Location and Hours

Location: Bengaluru, India

Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST (local time)
