Role Overview

The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts. They perform sales support functions to provide high-level service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures.

What You Will Do

The role involves processing routine customer orders, resolving discrepancies, and managing backlogs. The Sales Operations Associate will also respond to customer requests, document customer requests, and research and resolve vendor invoice variances.
