Revenue Accounting Manager

Role Overview

Artera is seeking an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to own end-to-end revenue recognition across our SaaS subscriptions, usage-based billing, and professional services — and to be the subject matter expert on ASC 606 as we scale.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include owning the revenue recognition schedule, reviewing customer contracts, designing and implementing agentic AI solutions to automate invoicing and revenue recognition workflows, and overseeing NetSuite invoicing for recurring and usage-based billing.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience with substantial focus on revenue recognition in a SaaS, software, or technology environment, and a deep working knowledge of ASC 606 as applied to SaaS and subscription models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience with substantial focus on revenue recognition in a SaaS, software, or technology environment
• Deep working knowledge of ASC 606 as applied to SaaS and subscription models
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Agentic AI fluency
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (or comparable cloud ERP) and Salesforce
• Prior experience in high-growth SaaS, healthcare technology, or B2B software
