The Finance team at Asana tracks and seeks to understand the factors driving our growth and success. What You Will Do
Solve problems analytically by gathering and summarizing large data sets to drive efficient executive decision-making and lead end-to-end recommendation processes. Nurture deep, trusted partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Accounting, IT, and Business Operations teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
7+ years of applicable experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field. Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles.
Requirements
- 7+ years of applicable experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Prior experience with financial and data analytics tools such as Anaplan and Databricks
- Proven ability to cultivate effective cross-functional relationships with strong planning, communication, and organizational skills
- Sound business judgment with a track record of translating complex financial analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Proactive ownership and a first-principles approach to solving ambiguous problems in a dynamic environment
