Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in enabling the success of the nursing category through data management, reporting, analytics, and operational support.
What You Will Do
Maintain the accuracy, quality, and integrity of account, territory, and organizational data within the data warehouse and CRM. Perform routine and ad hoc data pulls, reporting, and analysis to support sales leadership and operational initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university required.
- 2+ years progressive business experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, analysis, data manipulation, and working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and emerging productivity tools.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, technologies, and processes.
- Passion for continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Comfortable leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve business processes.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
