Role Overview

ASEA is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to support and engage high-potential independent distributors in Hungary. This role will work out of our Munich Germany office and focus on relationship-based distributor support, coordination, reporting, and communication.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with independent distributors, provide guidance and support, track distributor performance, and prepare reports.

Requirements

  • Early-career experience in business development, coordination, customer or partner support, or project-based roles
  • Fluent Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with interest in data and performance tracking
