Role Overview

The Program Manager, Product Operations and Delivery is a cross-functional coordinator within HID IAM Authentication Devices. The role helps turn portfolio priorities into predictable delivery across new product introductions, product changes, production readiness, and ongoing customer commitments.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional execution, maintaining integrated plans, tracking delivery risks, and facilitating operating reviews and action tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, product operations, business operations, or a similar cross-functional role
• Experience coordinating programs in a hardware, manufacturing, technology, or product development environment
• Strong planning, prioritization, risk management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting NPI, industrialization, manufacturing ramp-up, or supply chain programs
• Familiarity with PLM, ERP, agile, or SAFe environments
• Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, AI-enabled productivity tools, or similar automation technologies
• Experience in identity, authentication, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology markets
